Familar enough for those with a passing knowledge of comics books, there is enough differences that make this book interesting and useful to Game Masters that are looking to add some extra depth to Atlantis in their setting.

Overall I think the "book" is well thought out, and written well. I'm looking forward to introducing elements from this book to my setting.
