As an adventure, this is poorly written and not a fun game. As a competitive adventure, it is probably fine.

I have seen a few reviewers that have spoken highly about this adventure, and after reading it I can see why. This is an amazing adventure that would be so much fun to play. There is a lot going on but it is done in a way that makes the DM's job very easy. Brilliant.

I wish the writers had have made this gazeteer as serious as the others. I don't mind a bit of humour thrown in from time to time, but this book is mostly slap stick. There is still a decent amount of information in here to make the purchase worthwhile. But if you want to do a serious campaign then you will have to ignore a fair amount of information here, or rework it.

This book is an essential read. It has loads of information and allows you to see the Technocracy from their point of view. Whether you play as the Traditions or Technocracy this book will make your game so much better.

I didn't know much about Gazetteer but I'm glad I bought the first one. I hope the other Gazetteers are going to be as useful as this one. I will buy more in the future and review them accordingly.
If you're into BECMI then this book can help flesh out some of the Basic and Expert adventures you may have already purchased from Drivethru or you may own from the original TSR. Plus this book gives you a ton of information and ideas if you do your own adventures. I highly recomment it.

Whilst I'm not a big fan of PDF's, I prefer print, I really enjoyed this supplement. Due to the extreme costs of the gold box set, this being free is an amazing offer. This would have been a 4 star review, but due to the cost, free, it's 5 stars for me.

In my opinion, this is one of the best Mage books out there. It has tons of information which when expanded upon would make for some epic adventures. I'm very happy with this purchase.

A very good adventure which could easily be expanded upon. I recommend this one.

I took a chance on this product and to be honest, I don't think it's very good. There are a number of short adventures that could be fitted into other modules or a campaign, but I don't think any of them are particularly good. They're all just average and will need a bit of work from the DM to make them fun. Definitely not one of the better modules.

I played this when I was a kid back in 1984, I think. The adventure is really good, and pretty deadly, plus our DM was very brutal so us getting to the end was a miracle. This is definitely worth a go.

If you're struggling to buy all the first 4 BECMI box sets in a hard copy, or are stil waiting for the PoDs, then this is what you need. It has a ton of information and alternative rules, such as Demi Humans leveling up to 36th level. I really enjoyed reading the book even though a few of the rules are just cumbersome. If there is one negative point for me, it's that the BECMI box sets had much better art. Overall, I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed this book for the most part, but the parts about the top tier mages were just OK. It was more cautionary and seemed to be on the verge of not recommending playing these characters. That was my only gripe in an otherwise good book.

This is an excellent book which I highly recommend. There is a lot of information here and fills in a lot blanks that the core book omitted.
