OD&D Dungeons & Dragons Original Edition (0e)

Scan Quality: I've bought/downloaded several of the older D&D books, and this is the highest quality scan by far. The background is white, the text is black, and it is very clear.

Content: It is what it is. If you're here, you probably already have a good idea if you're interested in buying this or not. It is a piece of history. It is great for those who are interested in seeing how D&D (and RPGs in general) have evolved. If you want to play some old school D&D, it doesn't get more old school than this!

If you're looking for a polished game with all the latest bells and whistles, or if you're picky about art, then this isn't for you.

T1 The Village of Hommlet (1e)

This module is to AD&D what B2 Keep on the Borderlands is to Basic D&D. It provides information for a small town that can provide the base for your adventurers. It also has a nice dungeon to go with it, although it is not very large. It comes with several ideas for expanding it into a mini-campaign.

The scan is good, though not great. It has some grey, but it is not not too bad. Overall it is clear but not crisp.

This is pretty much a straight forward dungeon adventure with a lot of traps and some tough fights thrown in for good measure. It is a pretty good module for mining ideas.

The quality of the scan is OK. It has some grey, but it is not that bad. It is fairly clear, although it is not as sharp as it could be.

This is a pretty neat module. It has a cool setting with lots of atmosphere. The module is basically a dungeon with a lot of traps and some monster encounters. Probably one of the better AD&D modules.

The scan quality is good (but not great). It is a bit greyish, but it is certainly readable.
