The product history covers a lot of the needed information (for instance the humorous elements). Unlike the other GAZ books, it doesn't really offer a starting point for character creation or real springboards for campaign gaming.
That said, it makes for some really fun and lighthearted one-offs. The idea that it's a vacation spot can certainly make for some adventures that don't match the tone of the rest of your game.
It is missing a scan of the large map. Otherwise it would be a 4 star review.
