For a busy GM like myself, this quick dungeon can be a godsend. Not to mention that at fifty cents you just can't go wrong. The suggestions are excellent and the creatures inside the lair are perfect. Highly recommended. If you intend to print the map to make a battlemap, I recommend opening it in paint and resizing it to 80%. That way it scales to nearly 1" squares.
