While it may not be the "Ultimate Haunted House Toolkit" as it claims, this is a truly fantastic horror adventure that will show up in the nightmares of any player unfortunate enough to try and survive it. The random tables are indeed useful, but what really stands out as top-notch is the history of the house and the spirits within, along with the mechanics for the villian growing in strength as the characters suffer. There's a lot to love here, and it's a great value for the price.
