I bought this set for props and background with Heroclix. The Mad Lab pieces work well without changing the scale and For me, they're as much fun to build as they are to play with. I bought this and a couple of other sets for a trip to visit my nephew and instantly had a flexible playing field that was limited only by his imagination.

I bought this set for props with Heroclix and love the detail. My brother-in-law is a fire man and the fire engine was the selling feature. I was hoping it would encourage him to get into the game but unfortunatly he only watched from afar. My nephew, however, was hooked.

As always, the set is easy to build and I love the detail. It's a great way to create and expand a game universe without going broke.

I'm in the process of building this set as support for the Lord of the Rings Hexclix game. The pieces make great props and backgrounds for a multitude of situations. Rather than being tied down to a 2D map that gets old and tired after multiple plays I can use this set or a mixture of this set and others pieces to create an ever changing environment to support numerous other games.

These sets are fantastic for sparking the imagination and the price is the best value in any gaming situation I've seen. For the equalivant cost of a game booster or two I can build an ever changing set that will provide unlimited play.

Okay, I admit it. Even at 44 I'm still a kid at heart and love my toys. My favorite game is Heroclix and when I saw Twilight Street 2 I knew I had to build the theater and supporting surrounding environment for a Batman theme game. For those not familier with the story, Bruce Wayne's parents were killed in a dark alley as they left the movies. It was easy to switch posters so Zorro was playing to closer mimic the comic books and with pieces from the original Twilight Street set I was able to throw in the grid map for the alley and even a lamp post and a couple of other details to add to the mood.

The beauty of the set is if that situation seems to morbid then it's easy to rearrange, replace a few buildings, bring in the good guys and create an environment where good battles evil hopefully overcomes (with some lucky dice rolls).

For what I was wanting to use the set for it did take a little image manipulation to increase the scale. The manipulation was no big deal and was actually educational. The skills I've developed here have already been used elsewhere in other projects - to include work.

I love Brad's Tavern. Forget the fact that it's named after my son-in-law. The detail work is a great touch. The awning is simple yet adds so much to the overall look of the building. I've built this, taken pictures and have people asked me what it was made of. Seldom do they guess or believe that it was made of paper off my computer.

I use this set in support of our Heroclix game. For the VooDoo Jake's club I left the large triangular roof sign detatchable so it could actually be used as a weapon in the game. It creates a perfect background that's fast, easy and inexpensive to build but adds a new layer of complexity to the game that really forces one to rethink tired strategies in a new and more realistic environment. It's so much better than playing on a tired 2D map.
