This thing is laid out in an easy to glom format, making it easy to run at the table after one read through. I did the presentation overall, the descriptions and how it can be resolved.

I reviewed this in order to run at Halloween, as the concept has a great wandering mechanic i think would be great. While reviewing it for play, I found that there were some wording choices and order of presentation that could be tightened up but overall, this would be a great, creepy module for play.

Two Page Mini Delve - Deepwood Memorial

I played this with my son's grade 5 friends on a return bus trip, that was about 2 hours. I like this and the others in this Roving Bands of Misfits series, as the layout helps to run it with minimal review (once is great). The table included for ramping up the challenge according to party level is a nice touch. These can be great one-shots as they are not too long (one night should be lots) and can be strung together to make the basis of a small party campaign. Great stuff.

The Temple of Lies

I used this as a module in our overarching campaign, making it fit, which was easy as it was just themed enough but neutral enough to add to a local or foreign city as is. It is layed out in an easy to use manner, has some interesting interactions/encounters, and was enjoyed by the player group. I did find it needed some "umph" in descriptions of things but that was on me to play it up more. The snake room prompted someone to spark up the Conan movie track from the giant snake. Super fun. A great product worth getting.
