If you are a fan of Ptolus... if you are a fan of Ed Bourelle... then this is a product to buy!

I probably wont use these maps as intended, mostly because I dont use tiles, but they are very inspiring and gives a very good picture of what Monte Cook intends for the Ghul's Labyrinth.

These are maps of very high quality!

A great set, picking up where Ghuls I left off, but this time the ante has been upped with lots of detail within the dungeon, and specific set areas sprawled over several tiles are available. Plus of course these can slightly be modified by other more generic tiles. It’s a pity Ghul’s I didn’t have this level of detail on some of the tiles, although the generic form of Ghul’s I does mean that these sets will work well together to produce a fairly large sprawling dungeon. I don’t own Ptolus, but like any floorplans it is not necessary to get use out of these. Plus you have some cave link tiles too. Excellent set.

Very nice set, with great detail. You could definitely come up with your own scenario for this dungeon even if you don't have Ptolus (and I don't). Lots of storage areas, lab equipment, floor grates, pools of noxious liquids, torture chambers, barracks and a mess hall. There's even a tile that looks like some kind of experiment went very wrong and ended in a massive explosion. This just looks like the lair of a demonic cult that is creating some kind of hideous mutants.

I have some of the Possessed brethren from Mordheim by Games Workshop, along with some Chaos mutants, and I think they'll make great denizens for this place.

The details like the bones, smashed crates, and blood-stained flagstones are really well-done. This is definitely not a generic set like some of the e-Adventure tiles, but I like this style better -- it really just screams scenario ideas at you. Great job by Ed.

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied
