Finally got to play one of the Extreme Adventure one shots with the premade characters from the Valorous Games website. I was worried that the high numbers would slow things down. But my players actually said it was a lot more straight forward than DnD. Not quite as flexible as Mutants and Masterminds or other supers systems (yet, theres a Tools of the trade book in testing on their itch.io) , but in exchange it has actually enjoyable combat with lots of tools still to build a wide variety of characters.
