From top to bottom this book is an amazing asset for the Double Cross setting. It adds a host of new Powers for every Syndrome; an entirely new power set that allows you to copy powers from other Syndromes, as well as having its' own powers independent of copied powers; brand new unique items that have some interesting mechanics; new NPCs; a wonderful new mechanic called "progressive checks" that allow players and friendly NPCs alike to support each others' skill checks(but only during progressive checks); the list goes on.

Fantastic system if you're looking for a heavy anime-inspired table-top setting, where the threat of losing your character is very real.
