The Wander

A nice collection of items and locations for a campaign the Wandering Walk, or for most other Numenera campaigns. There are also a few short stories to help kindle the GM's imagination.

This isn't a 'maps + room by room details' kind of supplement. The locations in this product will need your own details added but you could probably make an entire campaign just finding and exploring the Drifting Archive (just one of the locations).

There are a few new foci based on what type of Wanderer a PC may be, whether a Peregrine, Bandit, etc. These give some excellent RP possibilities and bring some nice flavor to the game.

There are some spelling errors, usually a misapplied homonym (such as fair instead of fare) that may or may not make you reread a passage.

All in all, very much worth the $3.

Tintagel's D&D Card Template (CORE)

Easy to use, and looks as good as (if not better than) the "premium" premade cards. Since the template is made (thdifficult part), it's no task at all to add in setting-specific spells, or really anything else you can imagine.

An Echo of Days Past

This adventure is exactly what I was searching for. I'm not a fan of the "Encounters" system adventures for the official game (sorry, Wizards) and didn't want a series of caverns for murder hobos to loot and pillage. I have looked at quite a few of the "unofficial" offerings but didn't find one that really grabbed me until this one.

The game world is intriguing but is tied to the adventure loosely enough to disconnect it and drop the adventure in your own setting. But this is a good setting, and one I will likely use with little customization.

A good blend of combat, negotiation, and exploration. Most encounters have taken PC decisions into account. By this, I mean the author doesn't assume the party will only choose "ATTACK!". XP rewards also vary to the possible outcomes.

Maps are nicely done and appear to have been made in CC3, not circles and boxes made in MS Paint.

Much thanks to the author for making and sharing this!

Freebooter's Fate Rulebook English Version

The Rules Clear and informative. Nice layout, fairly logical order of presentation. The translation from German to English is good, I haven't run across much in the way of confusing sentence structure.

The Scenarios Very useful scenarios that can be modified for a lot of other skirmish games.

The Fluff Well written and entertaining. Helps set the stage for this game world.

The Artwork Beautiful illustrations and photography. A lot of material to inspire your creativity for painting your figures and designing your terrain.

Disclaimer: I have not yet played a game using these rules. The rules seem to be quite playable. I may need to revise this later after a few games.
