I bought this product out of curiosity and it's turned out to be just about what I expected.

WW2 with a nice supernatural twist. Contains some background information needed for campaign and D20 stuff to go with it. When I heard about Weird Wars I imagined Deadlands in WW2 - fantastic!

However, on purchase I discovered that Weird Wars is a very different animal indeed. It's not Deadlands canon and is only faintly related to the theme - the horrors are summoned up by the Nazis more often than being generated by people's fears. Similarly the supernatural magic and horror is kept on the backburner and underplayed.

I'm not saying that this product is bad. Far from it, if you want a D20 WW2 system you could do a LOT worse than this. It's just that if you buy this expecting what you have seen from Deadlands and Hell On Earth then you may well be dissapointed.
