Some kind of 'cold sleep' is a standard concept in science fiction, even when you've decided that some kind of faster-than-light travel is possible. Space is really big, after all, and even with warp drive or jump or whatever it can still take considerable lengths of rather dull time to get wherever you are going. So, it's good to see a cryo facility available as a floor plan. You never know when there might be an occasion to have a brawl in there...
Due to the constraints of ensuring that there is room to move miniatures around, it is a very roomy cryo room. I always envisage your cold-sleep facility to be much more closely-packed (look at any Traveller ship plan and see how much space they allow for low berths...). That said, it is a well-laid out room with easy access to each cryo-tube and its mechanisms, and even the neat little read-out displays to check on the condition of the occupants.
As usual, there are 3 versions: square grid, hex grid and plain - choose whichever you prefer. Basic instructions are given but it's really quite obvious how to piece them together ready for play. Due to the use of different floor textures, it is easy to see which is 'ground level' and which bits are the elevated walkways, and the railings are also clearly marked out. As the walkways look to be about knee- to waist-height, it's not really practical to climb around underneath, so it doesn't really matter that there's no real way to facilitate this with the mapset.
Overall, a nice look at someplace you know will be on your ship but rarely get to see!
