I got the book and the character sheet on the author's website, but downloaded it here, as well, so that I could give this review. I wish this title had more momentum, because I like it better than the alternatives right now. The mechanics make so much sense and it is, at it's root, a lot more powerful than other systems, because it has great formulas for templating and creating, rather than relying too much on pages and pages of bestiary. For those DMs who revel in the world-building and encounter-building experiences, this system is immensely satisfying. For players who would like to just get down to the role-playing and don't like being bogged down with minutia, this system is a dream.

Man, I wish these guys had written the vampire section in the D&D core rulebook.

There needs to be a published book just full of these scenarios and the book should be expensive, because these are well-written, fleshed-out go-tos for the stories that reside in the peripheries of the grand arc of the main stories. Immensely enjoyable and helpful.

This was a really well-thought out supplement and professionally done. The dice-roll for fae traits was fun. Really an amazing find for 2.00.

Wriggle is an awesome bit of inspiration. All of them were actually pretty well thought out. I'm going to keep these feats in my games as options.

Many were-creatures play into the Twilightish wish-fulfillment genre. Not these. They're definitely in the horror vein: truly unique and terrifying. If you're tired of noble revenants and tortured himbos struggling with their inner wolf, this'll be the best money you've spent this year.

I agree with Phillip M. The only thing that would make this better would be more female types. Maybe Darkfast could do an all-female version. Love the artwork.
