In my games I prefer to use magic items with a rich history and descriptions full of flavor. Not outright powerful, but elegant, consistent, interesting and useful.
Considering the desciption of this book I expected to find some of that kind of items. I was wrong.
In fact I did not find a single useful item in this book, not even an idea to use in my games. I can only consider almost all presented items as outright useless - a good part of them cursed or fun-items called "pranks", that are not even slightly funny.
Perhaps three or four items might indeed be used in game, but their usefulness is restricted to very special situations or circumstances.
Conclusion:
A book full of almost completely unnecessary and uninteresting items I would not even spend a single buck for.
