These adventures, along with Volume One and Two, are perfect to slide into any existing campaign. I HIGHLY recommend them!

This is an absolutely awesome product and a great NPC resource, especially for DM's on a time/prep budget. Nyx and Corde were used during a random encounter in my current campaign and have since become essential to our story over the past six months. We've had some extremely memorable moments with them and that wouldn't have happened without Dan Coleman's creativity. My gaming group thanks you!

Like all the material I bought from Dan Coleman, this is very useable and high-quality content. Probably my favorite of his releases so far (I own them all) as I am always looking to add NPCs to an existing adventure I'm running (Princes of the Apocalypse). It's presented with just enough flavor text and stats for each NPC to use as is, or get inspired to fledge them out even more. In my opinion it sets itself apart from many other products on DriveThru by having 1 full page for each NPC, a clear layout and the quality of what's written. I also get regular updates in my mail (can be turned off if you like) with new versions of the material to be downloaded. The NPC Codex now includes 7 new NPCs I didn't have before, for no additional cost! Highly recommended.

The stuff of Nightmares offers an interesting villian and ideas for a fun adventure. Lots of potential for a creative DM to describe in depth nightmares of their players, or have the players interact by talking about their characters personal nightmares.

As I have come to expect from Dan Coleman Productions, this is a very good adventure. It is very dark, and can easily be made into a full fledged horror adventure, something that is very difficult to achieve at such a high level. The atmosphere is gripping, even while I was reading it, and it will certainly be even more so for my players once they play through it. Also, considering that the adventure is set in a tower that rises suddenly from the center of a city, it is extremely easy to put into almost any campaign. All in all, a very good adventure. I recommend the rest of the Dungeons on Demand products as well.

After getting this for free for backing the DoD Kickstarter I devoured it and really enjoyed it.
It inspired me to create my own Weapons of Legacy. Absolutely fantastic supplement. Well worth a look for any DM.

Making additional Class Archetypes is not an easy job, but many seem to want it. You need to be able to identify an iconic niche, a new functional mechanical role, and a simple way of describing it all. I can't speak for all the classes, but I will talk to the one's I've played so far. I am not evaluating them on a power-gaming max damage per round, but instead if they expand the options and flavor of the class in a way that is roughly balanced with the other options the class has. If a player in my game wanted any of these classes, I would not have a problem allowing it.
Bard : College of the Muse : In short, it is a bard that gives a more powerful Bardic Inspiration that can be used on his or herself, multiple allies, and even helps to ensure that the minimum bonus is still useful. The tradeoff is that he does not have the wide applications of the Bardic Inspiration that the other Colleges have. A solid option that can feel slightly underpowered if the players don't make great use of the Bardic Inspiration. His greatness lies in the fact that he prevents bad things from happening.
Ranger : Trapsman : After reading this, it just seems like an obvious role that had been missed by the original PHB. This fits a good role of adding some level of battlefield control and utility to the ranger. The traps are balanced and different, requiring the player to understand the battle and where it might go next. Great work and fun to play. The Needle Barrage feels under powered though due to the low damage and rolling against a Con save.
Sorcerer : Blood Magic. That's a creative subclass. I like the mechanics and the play isn't out of balance. It is a high risk high reward play style that sacrifices future health for present damage. It is a great class for short encounters, but by the end of the day the Blood Mage really shows the costs. Very fun to play in campaigns where you rely on Hit Die to provide a good source of your healing. I would put a limitation on Scarification that the spells must be of 5th level or lower.
Wizard : Chronomancy : Different mechanics that end up letting the Wizard have specific but flavorful spells prepared. It might sound dumb, but it ends up being very thematic and useful without being overpowered. A good addition.

Great adventure, and most important, great to DM!
Bandit's Nest is exactly what it says on the first page, a DnD 5e adventure to go from 1st to 2nd level. That being said, it is a great introduction to the basic elements of DND for new players, as well as a good way to start an adventure off for old hands. I am a big fan of Dan Coleman's works (found him through Kickstarter) because his adventures are written to be fun for both players as well as DMs alike. There are player-safe maps included in the download, which are a huge time saver. We can go on about those, but onto the adventure first.
The adventure itself is very well organized, starting with tips, general background, and the major story beats/ideas of the adventure. It is a small gesture that goes a long way for the DM's planning. Basically, you can read through the adventure 2 times and be pretty well prepped to run it. I reskinned the Kenku as dragon-modified cultists from Horde of the Dragon Queen (thus reworking the bland cultists from HotDQ to these variety as well as dragon-human hybrids), and used this as a lead in to give the PCs a reason to go to Greenest in the first place. But that's the best part of this adventure and Dan Coleman's stuff -- it is designed to be plug-n-playable as needed, and ultimately ended up making my own adventure better!
[Note : If Dan wants to tackle re-doing HotDQ, I will pledge my money to that in a heart beat... that is a train wreck of an adventure compared to this].
Maps are clear, simple, and effective at a glance. Encounters are organized, varied, and easy to implement. Coleman even adds Role-Playing tips to add to the effect for DMs who love to act out for their players. Additionally, he has enough foresight and planning to account generally for the most likely outcomes of the adventure, meaning as a DM I do not have to improvise complicated mechanics on the fly while being unaware of their repercussions. I get to use my improv skills elsewhere. Finally, just about every Skill has at least one use in the adventure. That is a personal pet peeve of mine when DM's don't do it -- so good on Coleman for getting that right!
In short, this simple adventure is filled with ideas. I have stolen his Kenku (and his descriptions of their mannerisms) for my own games. After I ran this adventure, I refer back to it often for scenes to steal. It is a great reference.

My group have played several of his adventures. One of my friend brought Vol 1 of his Dungeon on Demand and I used it during a hombrew game.
His modules are highly details, provides a lot more than just basic boring adventure hook that you see in many other adventures out there. The way he provide the documents is also extremely user friendly!
Printer friendly versions, maps, player maps and DM maps separated, tables are provided in Microsoft Excel, Open Office and just XML format etc. Just extremely thoughful when he provides the documents.
I've supported his kickstarter and brought all 3 dungeons on demand even though I already have V1 from a friend but this guy deserves the support. As a DM that runs a lot of Adventurer's League Expeditions, his adventures are much more organized.
Very excited to start running his V2 and V3 adventures.
