Instead of just having all the treasure icons (like Dragon Hatchery from the original Boss Monster), or being an advanced room that did basically the same thing, this card can add a lot of strategy to a game. It is tempting to use it to switch with an oponents high-damage room, but they can switch it with any non-advanced room you have the next time they have a hero. As it has all four treasure icons, it is also tempting to keep to lure more heroes. We replaced both of our Hatchling's Hoard cards with these instead. (We found that Hatchling's Hoard was just too good of a card, dealing 2 damage and having all treasure icons.)

If you're looking for a card to replace Jeopardy in your deck, this is a great choice! We found in our group that we would only use Jeopardy to mess with other players (when we had crumby cards) or, much more often, to try to draw a spell to save ourselves from losing or stop someone else from winning. This gives the best of both worlds, letting people who are content with their hands keep them and those who would rather have three spells take them. We went from having one Jeopardy card in our Spell deck to having two of these instead.

Brother Two (along with Brother One) do a good job completing the "pairs of treasure" epic heroes (along with those in Boss Monster 2). Brother Two is just a fun card, making whomever is going to lure him really think about their first, third, and last rooms in their dungeon (if it is that large). If you're just starting to expand your Epic Hero deck, I'd gra Brother One and Brother Two right away!

Brother One (along with Brother Two) do a good job completing the "pairs of treasure" epic heroes (along with those in Boss Monster 2). Brother One does a great job shutting down gimic dungeons, many of which run on Theif Treasure rooms, so I really like him as a hero. If you're just starting to expand your Epic Hero deck, I'd gra Brother One and Brother Two right away!

I'm always looking for good heroes to spice up the game. Unfortunately, even though he is lured in an interesting way, the Accountant didn't really add anything new. (He is a little better with his companion card, the Loyal Rat Terrier, but not by enough to make him exciting.)

Although I think the idea here is cleaver (and I can see how great it would be to put the Clocktower below a Bomb Boy Factory) in practice this is usually a wasted effect. There need to be both "when you build" rooms in the discard pile and a place to put them in your opponent's dungeon where they might show up.
It's not bad for just a fun card, but I'd rarely choose to use him instead of the other bosses we have.

I love Shovel Knight and this is a great card representing him. I use him (and some other miscelanious heroes with cool art but no effect) when I play with items as it is fun to have the variety.

I really like the idea for this card (and I love the art!), but so often it ended up being a bad draw (especially as most non-advanced rooms with the Fighter treasure are either this powerful or have a great effect). Getting it to the middle of a 5-room dungeon is too tricky for the payoff.

This is a great card in its simplicity (and its art)! It works great if you just want a nice, simple, room with the Theif treasure on it. We currently use two in our custom deck as it can benefit from spells or other rooms that power up either monster or trap rooms.

The Zombie Lord is a great card. He dosn't end up affecting the game as much as you might think, but if he catches you unaware, you can definately end up losing because of him. His pulling every hero out of your scoring area really makes that turn interesting and gives your opponents a nice opportunity to mess with you. We love the Zombie Lord in our group, just make sure if you add him to your Epic Hero deck that you add powerful heroes with the other treasure types as well!

When I first played with the Trash Compactor, I loved it. A 3-damage trap room is great. The reference is funny. It was all good. But, the longer we used it, the more we realized it was just an average, or even slightly below-average room. I'm certainly not suggesting I'd rather draw the Bullet Builder or anything that drastic, but it's a card I'm rarely happy to have in my hand (so it isn't in our deck currently).

It's unfortunate this card has a typo on it, as I'm already not really a fan of it. It is nice that it has the mage and theif treasures on it, as that is one of the combinations that was not included in the Epic Hybrid Heroes in Boss Monster 2. She is a bit overpowered (especially compared to those), but if you're looking to round out your Epic Hero deck, she (and an Epic Hybrid Hero with both fighter and cleric treasure) are fine additions.
