Ship Book:Pukharra
by Dale M. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 08/25/2013 06:21:34

Just picked this up to satisfy my deck plans craving for the night and I was pleasantly surprised! What a great little ship! For anyone looking to have a small starting ship for a new crew, or looking for some flair for their local star port, look no further! I hope the author continues to put such quality pieces out, the art work is beautiful, and the descriptions were great. I had a clear and concise picture of what the ship looked like before I even saw the deck plans. The only complaint I have is that its the ONLY ONE! I want more! More small crew ships would be awesome. They're hard to find when everyone wants to play in the biggest ships in the sky, but this is where true adventure is at.

Ship Book: Chiron Class Hunter
by David T. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 03/08/2013 07:19:16

This is an excellent description of the classic Type SN Hunter Scout variant, there are several colour illustrations, mongoose calculations for 4 variants and a bonus enclosed Grav car.

Deckplns are included for the standard production and naval models and an interesting additional plan of the air ducts for all those that want to crawl around and outmaneuvre their opponents in boarding actions.

There are also details of 'famous', or 'notorious' users of the class and some adventuring hooks, I can't see anything missing.

Ship Book: Aegis Class Scout
by David T. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 02/28/2013 12:24:29

I must admit I was hugely disappointed as I do not feel this product represents an effective Naval Scout.

With a 400 ton hull I was anticipating J3 or 4, so J2 seems rather slow and not in keeping with IN mobility 4 requirement. Furthermore the Power plant 4 only produces enough power for 2 of it's Particle Beams at a time, unless I've missed the bit where they explain this is why so many of the ships are lost.

Also the Stealth Jump should cost 10x the cost of a normal Jump Drive so the ship should cost more thn double the final price, I do feel at almost $10 someone should have checked these details.

On a positive note there are colour exterior views of the ship and 3 pages of deck plans, so with a bit of reworking I can make use of this product.

Kalashain
by Dave D. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 11/17/2012 16:06:52

This product is worth its low cost, however I was hoping for a lot more detail. The cities and terrain of Kalashain are very vague and would require much effort on the part of a referee in order to set an adventure here. The ideas are good, but I would like to be able to insert this system directly into a sector without any further work. I would consider it a worthwhile buy only because it costs a dollar.

Kalashain

I am always looking for resources to aid me in refereeing my Traveller games. This product fills the bill nicely. Enough information and detail to weave a new story line around, or a ready made setting for an adventure that needs someplace to happen. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next offering is going to be!

Ship Book: Garuda Class MSV

A beautifully drawn set of plans with some useful background information. Intended for Traveller but useful for almost any sf setting.
