Its very hard to objectively review something like Valkyrie because what might have been good in it for me is useless to you. I bought it primarily for the article on martial arts for Victoriana but I also was very pleased with the article that detailed an Edwardian family (and all their dark secrets). The Curse of the Wendigo adventure for All Flesh Must Be Eaten was also good and, although I don't play AFMBE, I can steal the plot for use in Deep7's Shriek.
There is also a very funny self-contained game in here called "First Spawn" that looks like a lot of fun.
On the downside, the reviews in here are out of date so I hope you're not buying this for them! Its also formatted for A4 paper but that can be forgiven given its a Brit magazine.
As always, your mileage may vary but, for only three dollars its not an expensive gamble to take and the mini-game is almost worth the three bucks alone.
