LOTS of great figures in this set. Wonderfully colored, beautifully drawn, and creative options! There are fun little "extras" like signs, treasure chests and even pirates that can swing on ropes! What other publisher gives you THIS kind of freedom.
The figures are top-notch and average out to being less than $.05 EACH! That ALONE should be a great motivator to pick this set up!

Once again, PERMES delivers an AMAZING set of figures... DRAGONS this time.
They are medium dragons that come in a variety of beautiful, rich colors, and offer MANY options and even a 2.5D version with wings and fins that can be added, or not.
These creatures are a great size and can fit onto a 50mm base, so they are perfect for your dungeon games.
Since the wings can be added or not, you could easily place a figure on its back as a rider.

The words "quality" anf "PERMES" is synonamous. This time he delivers an original and unique twist on elementals.
Many versions of the figures bring different whole new meanings to these figures. The options he offers really opens up one's imaginiations.

I have been wanting to build some phalanxes of classical Greek hoplites for a long time, and with Permes Ancient Warriors Set 1, I can finally do it. The poses are reasonable for warriors in phalanx, and are not ridiculous movie or fantasy poses. There are not a lot of "mirror" poses to add variety, so most of the figures are realistically right-handed. Variety comes from the wide selection of colors and shield decorations.
I'm looking forward to a light infantry set with psiloi, etc. to flesh out a classical Greek army!

PERMES has continued to impress with each set released. This one is no exception.
Brilliant colors and poses, and even the page of banners look so real you can almost feel the cloth. Fantastic and beautiful set.

Once again, PERMES delivers a brilliantly drawn and colored set of very original figures. Not only does he include various sizes and colors to his figures, but also includes TITANIC versions, as well.
This is one set that no gamer should be without.

PERMES strikes gold in this set! There are an AMAZING amount of figures in this set, ALL draw with the striking images, dynamic poses and rich colors that PERMES offers with all of his sets.
There are SO many color and weapons options, this set doesn't have to be limited to JUST pirates, there are MANY figures that can be used in fantasy and other settings as well.
These figures are less than a dime a piece, and carries it's wieght in gold!
This is a must-have!

This set combines two of the things that PERMES can draw very well: Elves and Beasts.
Naturally, this is peak artwork, and rich color, but it also is more than just elves on unicorns and horses... the ELF MESSENGER made purchasing this set worth it alone!
VERY great set!

Once again, PERMES delivers his imaginative figures with rich, lavish color. This set is my favorite of the Pirate sets, because the blue looks like a very natural color choice.
Even if you already own the other Pirate sets, you need to grab this one, too.

As with all of PERMES's sets, these figures feature wonderful artwork, and brilliant colors.
All of the fun of the first set... only with BEARS!

The dwarves' second set gives us the heavy cavalry. Ranged and melee. With the additional bonus of three "polar" minis. Very beautiful, really fairy these.
Great designs, exalted colors , good poses' variety, excellent amount of figures ... If the beer really existed rpgnow should give us the sixth star for evaluating.

Beautifully illustrated, and richly colored, this set offers you many Doucorns, in various color schemes.
They are divided by page with different colored wings to separate them from the various clans of beasts. Very nice addition to any fantasy collection.

I purchased this set because I am a HUGE fan of PERMES and the sets he has released. I have never been a big fan of dwarves. Out of the non-human races, they are among my least favorite.
THIS set changed my mind quickly! The fact that there are 36 figures in this set makes it an incredible value. That fact that is is PERMES's figures, makes it even more so.
Not only are there different dwarves in this set, there are types (traditional warriors, hill dwarves, and so forth). My personal favorites in this set are the Black Knights and the Sharpshooters.
You could very easily build a complete army with this set, and have it stand toe-to-toe with any other army.

Very high value ( low cost, high quality art, about 12 original poses, 32 different minis ... )
Perfect for any fantasy group ( pirates or brigands ).
I don't make comparisons, but they are 24 original poses because each figure has its own original ( and correct ) back.
I don't understand why today there are still someone who think that back-art isn't required ( if not only for an aesthetic and visual quality ). In many skirmish games "back" is compulsory. Probably someone is not able to draw back-arts or is too lazy to do it.
So, imho, it is a very great and "complete" commercial set. Thanks.

This is another great set of minis from PERMES. Very detailed and with different combinations of weapons for each figure. I only wish that the pirate with the crutch had another version without it.
