Ok, I'm not one to write baqd reviews, but I think that this little game kinda deserves it.
I have to say right here that I purchased for only $2, and I believe that even that was way over priced. In a nutshell, you get 5 monster cards which you print out multiple copies of, 5 city cards which you print out one copy of, an a 2 page set of rules, with one page being an illustration.
Granted the illustrations are great, but that's as far as that goes. Good art doesn't make a good game.
The game play is simple, tedious, and ultimately boring. "Building" your monster consists of nothing more than just laying one card on top of the other on your monster, but the cards do nothing but add or subtract a point of strenght. There are no speical powers to give your monster, no way to pit one monster against another, and your city just sits there and gets whooped with no way of retaliating.
I have to say that I'm very disappointed with this game, and would recommend that prospective buyers save their money and spend it on any number of other, far superior products out there.
