As a lifelong worldbuilder, I found the prompts in Tome for Game Masters to be a great way to get my brain thinking about the events of each gaming session and how the world around the characters might react to their actions. Not all prompts will apply to every game or every group, but this first edition of Tome seems like it will be a welcome addition to my GM toolkit. Some activities involve creative thinking about what you might introduce into the game in future sessions, or what the antagonists might be doing; others are puzzles or offer places to sketch things out. I find that having pointers to start the reflection and planning process always helps me, and would recommend this product to other GMs who might struggle with blank pages, need to plan out rewards that their players would love, or just want to do a couple of RPG-related crosswords here and there.
