I was first introduced to the Ellowen lineage in 2022 for a TTRPG stream and I instantly fell in love. It's now one of my favorite species to play as. If you've ever wanted to play as Mothman, this is right up your alley.

Attention to detail, high production values, and thematically consistent, these are excellent one-shot shorts. There's not much in the way of plot, but that's just the nature of Cypher Shorts. Recommended.

After reading, I immediately wanted to make a character using the content - which is the best result you can get, I think. Much more fun and interesting fluff than most ice/winter-themed character options I've encountered, and seems solidly balanced to boot. Definitely give it a look if you're itching for a different sort of warlock.

Thank you, Christian! We're stoked that you like this supplement and hope you're able to work a little of the Frozen Foundling's hijinks into one of your games. :) |

I love how plug and play this is! It's perfectly ready to drop into any game, new or old. It is also unique in that it provides linking benefits for both the player character and the linked creature which I like because relationships work two ways. I also like that it refences both other Underground Oracle creations, like the Domidan, as well as common creatures and gives stat blocks and link benefits for all listed companions.

Thank you, Nichole! Our goal was to make sure that no matter what setting people were playing, this could be easily applied to their games. We're stoked you like it. :) |

I really love that such depth was put into animal companions. This is something that is easily dropped in to any campaign for any class and there is oodles of ways this can be tailored specifically to a particular player or character. I like the idea of the bond between the companion and pc strengthening over time and there isn't anything here that is OP. Any DM can find this in whole or in part useable in their campaign. Thank you for this!

We're incredibly glad that you're enjoying our supplement! This is the creature companion system that we've used in our own games for years, so it's a great feeling to finally get it out in front of people and see their reactions. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts! |

This one-shot is lovely!
I like the hooks provided, the taunts table, and that it is not a overly complex adventure. It has backstory and lore but doesn't require an hour of reading a script from the DM, it has found good balance which is hard to do. My current players have out leveled this but I'll likely steal bits for fun anyway, I can think of many uses for a Brass Cap. The maps and items are also great and I'll likely find a way to work them in as well.
I am glad to have this in my collection, I have no doubt it's going to come in handy

This is one of my favorite supplements by the UO. Great for a campaign that has a lot of undead or fiends. The cleric domain is great and there is also a background and feats you can use with other classes. I love the story behind Octanoss. A banned religion, the followers having to hide in the shadows while fighting the good fight.

This was my first solo rpg. Works well if you imagine one of your current characters from a different game going through the journey.

These are some of the best, most unique, and well thought out backgrounds in all of 5e. Child Hero has such a rich lore to it. I'm about to use Adventurer from Afar this week. And I have someone in my game using Fallen Jester and it is amazing.

I love the verstility of this Druid Circle! It is a great option for a player who doesn't want to be too stereotypical nature lovin tree huggin druids. It can be adapted to any city setting that you are in, just talk to your DM!

These are some of the most unique backgrounds I have ever seen. Already used Born Under a Bad Sign and the feature with it is brillant!

Sorry for the late reply, Nichole! We're so glad you're enjoying them. Born Under a Bad Sign was one of our more quirky ones, so it's great to hear that you're liking it. Thanks so much for your review. |

I used this for a silly one shot I did with some friends, using the Hedge Wisps, and we all got a good laugh from it! The jinxes are a perfect inconvienence when the players are getting just a little too comfortable with how well they are doing and you wanna slow them down just a bit.

I mean, who doesn't want to swing around on hooked chains and slay giants? You know you want to live out your attack on titan fantasies in your DnD game! From climbing on giants to being able to reduce the damage dealt to you, the surge techniques are amazing and a cool new way to use your ranger spell slots. Not only do you get a whole new Ranger subclass, you also get 2 new weapons, and a new fighting style. This is well worth the purchase!
