To start with, this pdf is literally two sides of a page long, with formatting set up so it could be tri-folded into a pamphlet to hand out to your players - which is a nice form factor, but that means that the text of the game is exceedingly short. The game is very light - there are five classes, each described with a sentance and a single skill that they can use. How much damage you do per attack is fixed by class - doesn't matter if you're using a pen knife or a battle axe, the Hero is going to do 4 points of damage each attack. Each class gets one skill, which is combat-only, and all rolls are on a d20, with a 15+ succeeding. There's no world - you make it up. There's barely any opponents, and certainly no soul in this.
Honestly, I suggest you go grab a copy of Risus (which is free) and use that. It's got more meat to the system than this, is similarly light, and is more fun.
Although, I do give them points for putting Truck-kun on the cover.
