I have been waiting for 5e sci fi rules and now I have them!

Amazing content. I have been considering making some homebrew rules for a future version of 5e because of its simplicity and versatility, then I found this on kickstarter. I didn't find it in time to contribute, but as soon as it came out I bought it, and I have not regretted it. The technique for creating new alien species is imaginative. The system of gambits is an amazing adaptation for the existing magic system. The classes, the feats, the simple approach to equipment and superscience, I think the team had a really good idea and followed it up with an amazing execution. I cannot wait to see their new take on an apocalypse rendition of the 5e rules.

I purchased this so that my group and I could continue our Space Opera campaign using 5E rules. Last night we converted our old characters and made new ones to test the crunch. We had a blast and will be playing Hyperlanes for a while. The random tables for creating alien characters were a lot of fun.
