GOOD EVENiNG MR. AND MRS. AMERICA AND ALL THE SHIPS AT SEA!

DATELINE: 26 JUNE

There's a new lady in Light City tonight, come not to rival Liberty but to defend her. She hails from that time and place where responsible, educated citizens were first thought to be able to govern themselves and brings to the fight the Wisdom of Athena, the Strength of Hercules, the Beauty of Aphriodite and the Speed of Hermes. Let Hitler and company have their Valkyries, we have THE AMAZONS!

Light City #3 - The Amazon

The Amazon is a wonderful (and timely addition) to Light City. The class is bursting with flavour and is the first Light City attempt to handle Super Strength. Like all addition, it also comes with a max level hero. This is hands down my favourite class in the series.

Light City #2 - The Elemental

GOOD EVENING MR. AND MRS. AMERICA AND ALL THE SHIPS AT SEA!

DATELINE" 7 JUNE

Jonathan Linneman has hit another one out of the park with his release of Light City #2. A lot of the heroes of the Golden Age were "schtick" heroes, possessing only one power but able to creatively use it in the most harrowiong of circumstances. Justin mentioned the Green Lantern as a possible elemental; I believe that with a high Dexterity a Speedster like The Flash or Johnny Quick could be created as well. KEEP 'EM FLYING!

Light City #2 - The Elemental
by Justin I. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 06/07/2017 12:25:59

Light City#2 - The Elemental is a great continuation of the author's Swords & Wizardry Light to supers game project. The elemental is a great choice for making something like the Human Torch but even works for something like Green Lantern. He gets a nice selection of abilities and a nice version of flight that doesn't unbalance the game. Definitely check this one out.

Light City #1 - The Brawler
by A customer [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 05/15/2017 16:07:09

I don't see why Light City couldn't eventually become the Supers game of choice for a lot of people. The simplicity and directness of S&W(C)L's storytellng mechanic united with the simplicity and directness of the Golden Age of Comics--what's NOT to love?

While I realize the other classes of mystery men have to be released first, I hope that there are also plans to release guidelines for kid heroes and sidekicks, as well as for the JapaNazi and Commie rats, mob bosses. and mad scientists that were lurking in every deserted warehouse in America from 1938 to 1955.

Light City #1 - The Brawler

The Brawler is a solid beat 'em up supers class using Swords & Wizardry Light. The layout is appealing and the use of public domain supers is on point. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Light City.

In Bleakest Midwinter
by Ben S. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 01/29/2017 06:46:06

This is one of the better holiday themed adventures I came across this year. It's funny (if you find expendable elves funny) and fun. It was definitely worth adding to my collection of end of the year adventures to pull out.
