Enter the dangerous reincarnation of New York in 2120 A.D. and stake your claim. In this gritty rpg, only a few city-states remain after the fallen world has been reclaimed by the wilderness, home to tyrants, renegades, and even supernatural predators. The urban scene isn't any prettier.

Halcyon uses the balanced Prodigy System where modern firearms, forged steel, and powerful magic are the tools of the trade for exerting absolute power.

The Core Rulebook is a complete guide for GMs and players.  Pdf includes full color front and back cover illustrations.

2120 A.D.

Following planetary geomagnetic reversal, successive waves of catastrophic events pounded the continents without reprieve over the course of nearly a year. Fire fell from the skies, crashing to the ground, exposing giant chasms that had apparently lain dormant and undiscovered for aeons. Plagues swept the lands, indiscriminately thinning the ranks of humans. Seismic eruptions toppled skyscrapers and sent towering tsunamis crashing against densely inhabited coastal cities. Around the world, loss of life was catastrophic. Making matters worse, reports began streaming in from areas surrounding the great chasms of strange humanoid, even demonic beings permeating the wilderness. At the same time, ascetics around the world began having revelations, even claiming to have unlocked the secrets to wielding godly power and conjuring miracles.

Years have passed and the world is still rebuilding from the great Tribulation of eight years prior. From the ashes of Manhattan Island, the new city of Halcyon is being constructed. In this new city of opportunity, beneath the towering skyscrapers and the gleaming arcology, wars have begun over who will claim the spoils and rise to power in what is to become the keystone city of the Federation. The Federation and its military, foreign governments, megacorporations, organized crime syndicates, arms dealers, drug runners, fanatics, anarchists, and countless other factions all enter the fray to control the rise (or demise) of Halcyon and place their claim on the future of civilization. All eyes are upon this highly-coveted and contested city-state. And for good reason.

As Halcyon goes, so does the world.

how is copy self supposed to work, specifically?
I get that the copy is indistinguishable, intangible and mimics every your movement, but how does that translate exactly in game terms?

The purpose of the spell is to provide ruse and misdirection. Given the fact that multiple targets are presented, it is intended to confound opponent(s), offer a degree of protection from hostile attacks, and thus improve odds for the player character when outmatched or outnumbered. The locations of the copies are up to the discretion of the caster. For example, the copies could appear next to the caster or appear surrounding an opponent. In the event that a copy would collide with a wall or solid object, further discretion is available to the player to manage how the copy would negotiate the obstruction.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
