Can i use this game with d6adventure or d6fantasy characters with ease? or would there be some tongue and cheeking the rules?

I looked outside and the usual desert, arid climate looks like a frozen wasteland. Hell must have froze over with the release of this book.

Mr Skarka. I would be very happy to buy your book (I've been looking to this book coming out), however this no way I'm paying $47 AUD for a 270 page book. I will be waiting for this to drop to approx $20 before I consider picking this book up.

Just buy Deadlands for Savage Worlds and be done with it. You can get the core SWADE rules and Deadlands book for a fraction of this price.

I was a backer of the project years and years ago, but lost track of the project as that KS account was tied to a dead email address. I received Amble's map and the collection of short stories when they were released, but never expected the project to be completed. Is there any way to claim my KS reward at this date?

Okay, reading the preview, I'm honestly in two minds. The concept outlined sounds interesting, but really, there is nothing here that suggests that the book develops the concept beyond the initial spark. pp 4-5 provide a very brief glimpse at the setting that's weirdly lacking in terms of proper nouns. The Empire is just the empire, a bigger province finally rose against the empire and initated a wave of secession ... but that bigger province doesn't have a name, there are no protagonists of the history of the Far West namedropped, we don't learn if there have been any peoples in the Far West before the empire's expansion and how they might be called ... there's even a list of titles that imperial governor's might give themselves (prince, king, exarch, emir ...) that kind of sounds as if the author himself hadn't yet decided on which terminology to use. It's not that I need any of this to appreciate the concept, but if there were some proper nouns, this would suggest that the setting is actually developed beyond...See more just the core concept. As it is, the introduction reads like a first pitch to a group of authors: "Hey, let's use this as a premise for a setting to create." That's just not enough.

Maybe the book goes beyond this, but it would be nice if the preview showed any of it. Going by the list of contents, there are about 60 pages of setting material on the Far West, so there must be something ... but the preview doesn't really sell me on it. It just feels like a lot of vagueness.

Will there be a POD available?
