It even includes six pregenerated characters so you can jump right into play!

You cannot play the Old Gods of Appalachia Roleplaying Game with only the Player's Guide, and you won't have everything you need to make characters. Every group will need at least one core rulebook for play.

Page 193 mentions the following, but no such map appears in the .pdf copy of the book anywhere.

“You can find a B&L railway map just on the back inside cover of this book.”

Will this be corrected or will an image file be added for download?

I would be surprised if they added the map -- for a long time, they have stopped including the "end papers" with their PDFs.

I can’t help but notice, the maps you did add still do not match the B&L Railway Map, Appalachian Region, B&L Train Station map pictured in the sidebar on page 193.

Will it be possible to add that specific map as another .pdf to the downloads?

The map(s) you have provided are the “general” Appalachia map as shown on page 181.

Despite the messed-up preview I backed this on KS and it is a gorgeous book. Really cool game uses fairly similar rules to the Cypher system. If you are a fan of the podcast and creepy Mountain town shenanigans this might be up your ally.
