Irimina Volle's Many Marvelous & Magical Brews, an OSR Work by Philip Reed

The wizardess Irimina Volle spent years studying arcane elixirs of all kinds, dedicating a large part of her studies to the pursuit of magical potions. Ultimately, though, the wizardess found that she had little interest in the common potions favored by so many spellcasters and alchemists. As her mind strayed from its path, she soon found herself exploring a different avenue: magical and marvelous brews.

Within this slender work are 100 different magical drinks for use in your favorite edition or variant of the classic ampersand fantasy roleplaying game. As with the majority of my creative efforts, the ideas within are intended to inspire the GM and not replace the gamemaster’s sense of creativity and discovery.  

From minor magical drinks to deadly concoctions that may result in death, there’s a little of everything inside this book. No one campaign will ever use all of the drinks presented herein, but it is my hope that they’re as entertaining as they are inspiring.
