For an immeasurable amount of time, the universe was empty. Your consciousness lay spread across an infinite expanse - until one fateful moment, a voice called out:

One of the greatest components of any tabletop game world is the lore. The shards of history and the details of the world around you that you’ve slowly established with your friends are what makes the game feel alive. In most modern RPG systems, however, these pieces of canon are limited to minor details and events - as the overarching game world is usually established by a book or a DM, before the game even begins.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of watching a world come to life because of a communal narrative, so it’s a shame that the greatest part of worldbuilding – the basis of the universe – is so rarely a shared experience. 

So what if you and your friends could build the world you were about to journey in, together?

There are other systems based around group worldbuilding, but these tend to lack some of the roleplaying elements of a traditional tabletop system; Origin Immortal seeks to combine that shared worldbuilding with an actual TTRPG, that sees the players as the gods of the world.

Raise continents from the sea, birth races into existence, and create minor gods through the ages as the universe progresses from a blank slate into a living, breathing world, with kingdoms, wars, and politics. Create an avatar to directly interfere with the lives of your subjects, or build a massive palace in the sky away from the eyes of mortals. Lesser gods and ancient beasts may try to interfere, but in the end, nothing can challenge the major gods: the world is yours to build or destroy as you see fit.

Origin Immortal is a complete TTRPG system based around two worlds: the divine domain of the gods, and the realm of the mortals. Players take turns gaining points and using actions to influence the universe and create intricate storylines. This book includes a 2-part character creation guide, 3 stages of gameplay, 75 random events, 60 minor god descriptions, 100 divine domain ideas, 50+ battle results, a singleplayer ruleset variation, and more!
