The Bandit Camp
Map Details: In this design, a road crosses the bottom right corner of the map. Just to the north of the road, a small hidden trail leads to a clearing where bandits have set up a camp to operate from. Besides the standard tents used by "regular bandits" the underbosses' tent lays at the north end of the clearing with some additional equipment and crates and barrels of loot on either side. Another trail leaves the clearing close to the underbosses' tent and leads to a hunting lodge that the bandits appropriated from its owner. Within this cabin, the leader of the bandits has made his home. In the large entry room, a table is set up with enough seating for most of the bandits in this group. It's here that they meet and plan their raids and ambushes. A small private bedroom lies off this main room and has a separate exit in case the leader needs to make a quick retreat. A few other small game trails lead away from the clearing with the tents and provide egress from the camp if it's overwhelmed by attackers. The forest around the camp offers thick cover for anyone who approaches silently and shields the camp from the view of the road.
