Those who board the boat will find bodies in its bilge, eerie sights and sounds, and an awful surprise if they attempt to haul up its anchor, though they should be wary that the ship doesn't vanish into nothingness and plunge them into icy waters while they're on board.

Matters are no less grim within the dilapidated property, with fresh meat left to rot in the kitchen, a bedroom seemingly shared by an entire clan, and a literal skeleton in the closet.
