This is a set of 76 different Token Markers, primarily intended for use on They come in 512x512px png format, ideal for uploading to Roll20.

Uploading custom token markers is free for any Roll20 user, even without a subscription. See links in the included credits page. This set replaces the default markers, which do not capture Pathfinder conditions well.

This set includes markers for the Scarred Lands setting, including markers for all core Pathfinder 2E (Second Edition) conditions, as well as some generally useful markers and some variants to pick from for the more ambivalent conditions. They are, by default, ordered by relation. They are also colored depending on whether the status is neutral or provides a bonus or a malus.

For conditions that have a number value associated with them, in Roll20, you can add numbers to the markers on-the-fly by typing a number (instead of clicking with the mouse) while hovering over any marker in the marker list. (Relevant status effects: Clumsy, Doomed, Drained, Dying, Enfeebled, Frightened, Sickened, Slowed, Stunned, Stupefied, Wounded)

The markers were designed with clarity in mind, even when viewed from far away/at a very low zoom level. I was trying to find a good compromise between expressiveness and clarity. All markers are based on icons from and have been altered for extra clarity.

Are these markers suitable for Pathfinder 1st edition? Would it be possible to see a preview so I know what I'm getting?

There is probably some overlap in conditions. Since they are pay what you want, you can just download them for free and see if you like them!

What exactly are token Markers?
Is that like the icon for condition effects?

Yes, they're little icons that appear on the tokens to help denote a condition. They're very helpful for PF2e especially, since there are a lot of conditions, and each condition has a number.

I assume they can also be used on FoundryVTT?

I assume that should work without a hitch. Since you can download them for free, you should try it out! Maybe since on FoundryVTT the markers can be translucent, they don't need the border? Let me know!

Did they work for you? If I don't hear back, I'm likely to try them in Foundry myself and post here.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
