The 2019 One Page Dungeon Compendium contains 119 "one page" dungeons and adventures! Entries range from classic fantasy locales, a Martian Colony, a fascist’s secret lair, the bowels of a deathless cyst, a wizard’s plumbing, and everything in-between!

Two files are included: An optimized PDF, and a much larger PDF with 300 dpi image quality.

Each PDF file is fully hyperlinked for ease of navigation, with the orientation (portrait/landscape) of entries preserved.

Each page now has a small OPDC logo icon on the bottom-right corner that is hyperlinked to the table of contents, to improve the ease of navigation.

Credit for the content contained in this compendium includes the following:

After reading Luke P's one star review of this I had to see it for myself. I have some of the older ones in this series and know what to expect. A mixed bag of diverse, creative, sometimes goofy, and often cool and innovative dungeons. I was not disappointed. This year's OPDC is every bit as good as past issues. The Forgotten Abbey with its random procedural generation using poker cards, the hand drawn Count Vlad's castle that looks like it came out of a middle-schooler's notebook, to the professionally drawn and polished Gold Canals of Irid's Vault. I love it all!

Luke P clearly misses the point. This is a steal at $3.

If you mean "can I play these by myself with a solo RPG engine like Mythic GM Emulator," I would say yes. Since everything you need to know is on one page, you won't have to worry about missing important details in paragraphs of text, so they're a good choice. They're system-independent, so you can use whatever system you prefer, but you'll have to find appropriate stats on your own.

If you mean "can I GM this for just one player," for the most part the adventures don't specify how many characters are appropriate, so your mileage may vary depending on your game system of choice. Since so much of the draw of these adventures are their concepts, I think it would be easy enough to adapt for a single PC to experience.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
