Steele City-Dark Times Supplement

In 2033, Prometheus Medical patented the first superhuman.

Sixteen years of inter-corporate warfare followed. By the end of it, the human population of the Fractured States of America had withdrawn into select, over-crowded cities, huddling amidst concrete and the wash of neon while thier corporate betters remade society in a new image. 

Steele City is the ruins of an industrialist's dream. Located in the northeastern Fractured States, in an area that used to be Pennsylvania. It's foundation rests on an artificial island in Lake Erie, with a mile-long bridge connecting the metropolis back to the shore. Traffic swarms across the bridge, both foot and vehicle and cargo VTOLs thunder through the ari. Transporting shipping containers full of manufactured goods into and out of the city. 

While not the most peaceful place to live, Steele City is tremendously prosperous...at least for the people on the top. For the poor, the sick, the politically inclined ...and for any Enhanced that don't much like the idea of thier blood and bones being corporate property...Steele City is the same as everywhere else. The economy is booming. The average person is poorer than ever and only the constant presence of the Peacekeepers prevents hordes of ravenous mutants from dragging civilians down into the sewers. 

Contained in this book is full guide to Steele City, including it's factions, districts, and locales, as well as a thorough stockpile of plot hooks, NPCs and actionable rumors.
