Otherworlder's table headings seem to be a bit borked and/or missing.

Also, I just adore Farrealmer archetypes and favored class bonuses. I just find their weird mish-mash of class features and alternate options neat.

Rune of Absorption lists Level as 1st and higher but lacks a Level 1 effect. Presumably this is meant to be a 5th and higher to match Spell Absorption's level?

Question for ya, how do the Symbologist/Trinket Crafter's weapon/armor enhancement trinkets work with respect to cost? Like say I make Trinkets of Keen (+1), Holy (+2), and Spell Stealing (+3).

Do they cost the amount for the quality? IE 2000 times the bonus equivalent^2 (So 2k, 8k, and 18k?)

Or are they basically three additional +1s worth of enchantment?

And up to three of these can just be stuck on any +1 or higher weapon?

So if we have a mundane Craft Magical Arms and Armor person in the party, they could enchant weapons and armor up to +10, and then if I were a trinket crafter, I could stick three trinkets onto that weapon to add additional qualities, yes?

Trinkets cost the same to apply as any other enhancement bonus or special ability, they can just be moved more easily. If you're applying a keen trinket to a +1 weapon, it will cost you 3,000 gp (the difference between a +1 and a +2 weapon). If you then add holy, it would cost an additional 5,000 gp (the difference between a +2 and a +3). If you strip them off of that weapon and add them to another +1 weapon, there is no cost difference, but if you add them to a +2 weapon, you would need to pay 7,000 gp because you're going up to a +4 weapon. On the rare occasion where you might go backwards for some reason, your GM may just let you go back and forth without additional cost or grant you the appropriate amount of convergence dust.

As a result of this, you are still limited with trinkets like you are with other magic weapons (total +10).

Hope that helps.

I don't know if y'all are still taking requests but I would love for a detailed shark race with good variants like goblin or basking (personally I've been looking for a good Hammerhead write-up for AGES now). Could even give feats for a burrowing speed, like a certain 'JAWESOME' series from a decade or so ago...

Also some more gunblades bases of the RWBY series would be cool, would loklve to have a sniper Scythe or shotgun gauntlets and the like.

Right on, thank you for reaching out. We can definitely look into these for you in one of our volume 3 updates. I'll reach out to Aaron about the possibility of some more gunblades as well.

The August Release of the Book of Many Things Volume 3 is complete. This month we have a number of awesome additions from guest designer Aaron Hollingsworth. We'll denote these with AW below.

Inside, you'll find:

==Races==
AW - Torlans received several new options this month in the form of new feats and an archetype that travels through time and space, the temporal thane.

==Classes==
AW - The survivor is a hybrid oracle/ranger class designed around the one character in horror movies who lives to see another day.

==Archetypes==
AW - The survivor also has 3 separate archetypes, including the expendable, the living weapon, and the revenant. Canny fans of cinema should recognize these well-handled nods with some ease.

==Custom Requests==
Our Patreon subscribers continue to think up some amazing custom requests for this month, including:

* The champion of will - This heroic class fights oppression and fear by channeling...See more

The Temporal Thane references a Bigger on the Inside feat that is not present in this book. If it's in another book, it ought to have a reference in superscript. Though I would think it might be meant to refer to the Roomy Shell or Shell Space feats?

Survivor's Desperation has a bunch of asterisks that don't seem to have a corresponding reference or are possibly broken formatting. MY guess is they're meant to point out that the conditions are from Horror Adventures?

Expendable's Bureaucratic Red Tape is missing bolding.

Revenant Survivor's Closed Wounds is kind of a bit sucky and it references things that aren't there. The Survivor's text doesn't mention bonus feats at all aside from Fast Learner at 1, and the table only has the level 14 one present.

Cure Light Wounds caps out at 1d8+5. You have one use at 2 and then have to wait six whole levels to get another one. The whole class feature is worth less than a Wand of Infernal Healing. Yeah, sure you can get...See more

Thank you very much for pointing these things out :D I will absolutely look into correcting them immediately so that this update is as proper and complete as possible.

Bigger on the inside was replaced by Shell Space, for reference. I'll dig into the rest further with Aaron.

There's a Bard archetype called the Weird Musician that's kind of cool:
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/bard-archetypes---flaming-crab-games/weird-musician

I really like the Evo Point granting Bardsong, but I keep finding myself wishing there was something like it that was Int-based and attached more to an Investigator or Alchemist-esque chasis, as I like the whole mad science thing and like playing high Int characters more than I do high Cha characters.

So something like a hybrid class involving Alchemist/Investigator and Bard/Skald where you can share your Mad Science with friends.

One of my favorite gaming memories is having a monster invade an opera house in the middle of a performance and my Bard saving the day by literally doing a pantomime by using her Weird Vibes to grant the audience the capacity to cast Acid Splash and Magic Missile and tell them "Okay, boys and girls, I want you to point at the big scary monster and say Magic...See more

"Shell Space: At 4th level, a temporal thane gains Bigger on the

This replaces swift alchemy."

The initial release of this volume is complete. This month, we have several races, classes, and other options we've been working on and sharing with our fans on Facebook and Patreon.

==Races==

World Soul Centaurs - This war-loving tauric race from the world of Volwryn is a lower-RP, still relevant version of the centaur race.

Huldran - This concept by Nathan Irwin brings together two unlikely races in the elves and orcs and gives them a reason to blend their people.

Lings - By Aaron Tenney, the lings are tiny mouse-folk who secretly live and adventure among the larger races of the world.

Visani Lizardfolk - A brutish race from the realms of magic, who align themselves to the aspects of chaos, death, and life.

Drow-Born Tieflings - Teleport masters and children of the drow who turned their back on the Queen of Spiders and their demonic or devilish consorts.

Torlans - Another race from Volwryn, the torlans are turtle-folk...See more

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
