5e Vital Information Sheets

ADD TO WISHLIST >

I have always struggled a bit with keeping track of certain things. Having to jump aroung books and note pages over and over in a vital moment and slow down gameplay has always been a bit of a hassle. So I came up with some informational layouts that helped me streamline the finding of necessary items quickly and easily. Here's what the pages do that I hadn't found yet.

1. Character Sheet. Does all the things your stats sheet should do... and adds:

  • An expanded area for tracking "points". (Bardic Inspiration, Ki, Charges, etc.)
  • An area just for you to list consumables. (potions, armmo, food items, etc.)
  • A spell slot tracker.
  • A place for you to note DC scores for the attributes than can cast.

2.  Skills & Features Sheet. Simple thing, really.

  • All the feats are listed on the left.
  • On the right are a few spaces to note more detail on any feats or skills you use often.

3. Spell sheet... same thing as the Feats and Skills sheet really. Just laid out for Spells.

4. Inventory Sheet. Similar to the Feats and Spells.

  • On the left are sections for important/often used items that have notable information.
  • On the right is your standard spaces for inventiory organized into a handy 4 sectors.
    • Sector 1 : Coins & Treasures (useless items of value)
    • Sector 2 : Worn, Carried, & On Hand (items that are always visibly on you)
    • Sector 3 : Special/Magical Items (Items of note that may need to be found fast)
    • Sector 4 : Backpacked & Stowed (Things you have that aren't often needed)

5. Party Information Sheet. A combination of things.

  • Your character's bio info on the left.
  • Spaces to enter your partie's info on the right. Info like:
    • Combat style
    • Party Role
    • Proficiencies
    • Important Items
    • Specialties

6. Campaign notes. (Adventurers League friendly)

  • Capture notes in a clear and coherent way without noting every detail. Sections for:
    • Notes (duh)
    • Big Goals (obviously)
    • Tasks To Do (remember that thing you didn't want to interrupt with later)
    • Items Lost & Found (find/lose a thing? make a note now, update inventory later)
    • Locations Noted (make your character better with places)
    • People Met (make your character better whe names)

That's all there is to it. Just six VERY useful normal sized sheets for your adventuring needs. :-)

Enjoy.

Maybe this publisher can explain to the backers of their Kickstarter "Real World Urban Legends for 5e", why they have abandoned and stopped communicating with them, after collecting their money?

Yes. What happened to the $2,472 attained? The project states that "Most of the 52 entries are fully formed and play tested.".

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
