Mutant Outpost Massacre

Mutant Outpost Massacre

It is the Age of the Goremageddon and GRAXX is in a new wave of absolute carnage, brutality and ultra-violence. Along the highways, in hidden territories and throughout the wastelands, abandoned outposts sit, just waiting to be pillaged for everything that sits within. Thrashers engage these outposts, unsure of what awaits them inside: resources, weaponry, relics or even hordes of endless mutants, just lurking in every corner, waiting to feast on the flesh of those who wander within...

Mutant Outpost Massacre is a solitaire game of outpost-raiding in the post apocalyptic universe of Goremageddon (CPOP's flagship tabletop miniatures game; the third edition debuts soon). Players take the roles of 'thrashers' who raid outposts throughout the planet of GRAXX in the hopes of coming across rare items, resources, weapons and engage enemies in a non-stop massacre.

The game can be played in a single session, however, thrashers can continue their exploits in an ongoing career; the game only truly ends when your thrasher perishes. After a successful raid, thrashers gain experience, which is used to purchase new weapons, items and add skills, making them more powerful as they head into raid after raid after raid. Upon the final encounter of their raid, thrashers will face bosses, who will attempt to thwart their efforts to escape. Future expansions (coming soon) will add new encounters, new outposts, new enemies, new traps, bosses and so much more, making the game something players will want to come back to, time and time again.

Included with your purchase is a 1920 by 1080 HD wallpaper of Mutant Outpost Massacre, so that you may adorn your screen with the madness of the Goremageddon.

We welcome you to the Mutant Outpost Massacre. May you live, die and thrash.

Goremageddon is heavily inspired by over-the-top violence, exploitation, gore, horror, humor and post apocalyptic films on the 1980s, as well as RetroWave and Thrash Metal music. Goremageddon is also CPOP's flagship project, made popular by a cult following and already headed into a third edition, due to release soon.

By the way, right now there's no difference between a "Scraver" and a "Reptor", or if they are "Gorecrazed", "Biotrashed" or "Radioactive", right?
I mean combat-wise, cause I haven't found anything about that yet.

There is no difference; they’re titled for the sake of the ongoing story. If there was anything special about enemies, such as what’s coming in future expansions, it would be written about. Thanks, again. For information about future releases and details about what’s to come, please visit us on FB! (

I found the text on the cards hard to read against the background. The cards are images only so I cannot extract the text for editing. Is it possible to have a version with no backgrounds or backgrounds as a separate layer?

I noticed too that there is no content on the first page of the encounter table - lined but blank. Is that how it is meant to be?

For me it is like there's a doubling of most of the letters, so that it is impossible to read the text, but just on the first page

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
