Hope we eventually get a POD of this, unfortunately despite some limited information given in the Core Books, it doesn't really seem like Wizards will be revisiting Oriental Adventures and the Lands of Kara-tur anytime soon, and it has been along time since they have done so already.

For the honor bound ability under the Samurai sub-class, it says (v 2.0.1), "You can automatically succeed an honor check or honor saving throw. Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can do so again. If you play without an Honor Score, you instead get advantage on a Charisma saving throw." I might be overthinking this (maybe), but if you play without an honor system, is the advantage on Charisma saving throws also a one time per long rest or is it every time you make a Charisma saving throw?

hello i just want to say i really love this book and its content, i do really like what you have created but i do have a question, what exactly is a Serafu, i have read what it is ad what they are like but i cant for the life of me picture what its suppose to look like, is this race based on something i could use as a reference to understand what it is, was just wondering

hi, i was looking at the sample file to check it out, and the Korobokuru seemed a little under powered is this a subrace of of the dwarfs or a stand alone race?

Hey just wandering the College of the Geisha ability Fascination, is that advantage of the d20 roll or the bardic dice? it makes sense for it to be the d20 but I thought i would check any way. Also very good book so far, I am really enjoying it.

Dont you think that the kensai blade master's damage is a little bit underpowered, compared for example to the damage of a monk kensei with his attack+martial arts?

I have a question about the Bushi subclass for Fighters. They're described as warriors of the common people, usually men of low birth. Their maneuvers, however, are all based on Intelligence, and several of their features reference Intelligence as well. Aside from this generally being a dump stat for any non-spellcasting Fighter, from a lore perspective it seems like most lowborn people in a fantasy setting would NOT have a very high Intelligence score, given the education available to them. Since the resource they draw upon is ki, which is usually rooted in Wisdom, I'm wondering if this subclass was meant to be Wisdom based, or if this is the intended layout.

Sorry to leave more critique, just, another odd thing about the Kensai. It seems that it learns a couple spells, like Disguise Self. A spellcasting modifier is needed to determine seeing through the disguise. I would imagine you'd use Charisma, but it doesn't mention it.

I've only just noticed an issue with the Kensai's feature, battle clarity. It says you can use a bonus action to end the paralyzed condition, but you are unable to use bonus actions while paralyzed. This is confirmed in the player's handbook, page 189.

As well, grace says, in the class table, it gets an upgrade at 13th level, but the feature description says 15th.

It actually isn't, it just does what Battlemaster does. It's 18th level feature is wrapped up in an earlier feature, Specifically Bane of Evil.

These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
