Water Temple Dungeon Tiles Set

Venture into the dark and damp of the Water Temple...

A comprehensive dungeon layout complete with puzzles and traps which have been carefully detailed in the accompanying dungeon notes (non specific to any particular game - easily adapt the notes to your rules set).

UPDATED DUNGEON NOTES: I have recompiled the dungeon notes into a complete walkthrough module (also sold separately if you only want the notes). It includes setting information, NPCs you can use, much descriptiveness and backstory, details on the temple, how to get there, how to get in, how to get through - encounters, loot, puzzles, traps, monsters... Plus reference maps and step by step notes to help you along the way. Use it as is, build upon it to work it into your existing campaign, or just use the parts you like - a great source of inspiration to have tucked away in your collection of other notes.

The notes are system-neutral and can be adapted to any fantasy roleplaying system.

This is a complete start to finish dungeon you can use for an exciting gaming session! The tiles can also be used in a modular fashion and will link up in a wide variety of ways if you want to make your own layout.

Rooms Include:

The Atriums - The main rooms which grant access to the other rooms, if you can figure out how the gears work

The Water Gardens - jump from ledge to ledge, risking falling into the water

The Plug Room - A flooded room that can only be traversed if you solve the puzzle

The Flood Room - A trap room that will see the players caged in as the waters rise!

The Purification Room - A fast moving mechanical wooden plank moves down the canal, granting access from only one side.

The Ritual Rooms - Large rooms with gear-powered doors. Figure out how to remove the gears without locking yourself inside.


The tiles are also compatible in size with my other dungeon tiles if you want to mix and match!

Some of these rooms are quite large and span multiple tiles - they have been designed to be printed on normal A4 sized (or US legal/letter sized) paper, and printed on multiple pages. When printed and cut the tiles will align perfectly to form larger than normal rooms.


My tiles are photographed from real life models which I have personally crafted using my years of terrain building expertise. No graphic renders here - you get high resolution images of actual dungeon tiles I have hand assembled and painted, giving your dungeon that next level of realism, but with the convenience and affordability of a print and play system.

Print and play dungeons are convenient, easy to store, and you can print off as many tiles as you like and make your dungeon as big as you like, without paying the premium that comes with plastic cast dungeons.


Floor tile size measures approx 25mm (approx 1 inch).


These gaming tiles can easily be printed to paper or to cardboard. I have designed the tiles specifically for standard A4 printing (will also work fine with similar sizes like 'letter' or 'legal'), so you will have no trouble with using your home printer. The file dimensions are scaled so that even if printing different sized rooms, the scale of the rooms will remain consistent.
