The Keeper's screen pack is worth getting for the scenarios alone. I wrote a review about the Blackwater Creek scenario, and why it just might be one of the best mid-length scenarios out there:

So what exactly was the 2022-02-22 update?

To any Keepers considering it: Grab this.
The scenarios included are excellent and easily better than anything included in the existing Keeper's guide for CoC 7e, and are likely to be remembered by your players for a long time.

To the guy who's comment is gone: Blackwater Creek and Missed Dues. They are better than the ones in the 7th edition Keeper's Rulebook.

I have the keeper's screen from the Kickstarter slipcover. Are there any substantive differences?

I am interested in this product, but I am put off by the lack of responses to the discussions and ratings.

Is it Landscape or Portrait? Why is the PDF only $5 cheaper than the physical screen I can buy from Amazon? Does anyone from DTRPG read these or is it the author's responsibility?
To anyone who has purchased this product, please drop me a liner and let me know?

There's 12 pdf's to download. I appreciate the updated versions, but could you mention what has actually been changed and which pdf's do we now need to download?

I'm very disappointed in this product. For some bizarre reason they have provided the printable PDFs oriented in landscape orientation (so they are wide but short), rather than the traditional portrait orientation. Which is extra weird, because if you buy the actual, hardcover screen, it's in portrait orientation! And look, not many people have folders that unfold in a horizontal orientation, so I'm not sure how they think you're going to use these.

And keep in mind, I'm reviewing the newest release - they give you printable files, it's not just the giant and nearly unprintable ones it looks like (from reviews below) they originally had. The printouts are also tough to read, the charts are confusing...overall, annoyed I spent the money. Don't be me, save your cash!

You get two PDF files, one for the front and one for the back, which is a bit useless to most people when trying to print as they will be miniscule on paper. Having said that I converted to Jpeg and then used Microsoft Office Picture editor to "crop" the "pictures" into three sections, both front and back. This was simple enough to do. Then all I did was to print the relevant front with the relevant back. Then I laminated each page with 500gm laminating pouches (which are ideal for screens as they stand up on their own).

Have the issues with the printing of this document been fixed yet?

Could we please get an update to use this as a screen. The fact that the "screen" is unusable, as in it cannot be printed, is very unsatisfying. The adventures and maps are useful...

What is the Password for the PDF File? I would like to edit these files (cut it into 3 pages) to print it properly..

EDIT: BTW: 3 File a missing the file ending

Is the screen presented as a single page in the PDF? If so that would make printing this a bit convoluted.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
