101 Governments

101 Governments covers every aspect of interstellar rule, from worlds without governments to oppressive regimes. The former could be mindless anarchies or liberated Gardens of Eden; the locals might accept trade or reject all outsiders. At the other end of the spectrum are regimes focused solely upon maintaining the rulership of paranoid dictators: a good market for arms, if you’re willing to run the risk of being ‘disappeared’ by their fanatical intelligence services.
