This book contains the essential core rules only, as taken from the Elthos RPG Core Rules Book and includes artwork, the Tactical Rules Quick List (but not the full Optional Tactical Rules), the printable character sheet template, Appendix B (charts), and Appendix C (formulas). It should be considered the basic set of rules without frills, but still pretty to look at. :)
