The Improved Pathfinder Animal Companion Sheet

This Improved Pathfinder Companion Sheet was made by a dissatisfied Pathfinder player for other Pathfinder players who are equally appalled by the vast lack of space and detail on all the other standard, run-of-the-mill animal companion and familiar sheets they’ve tried. 

With all of its vital stats on the first page and ample room for its special abilities, feats, and other notes on the reverse, you'll find that this form-fillable PDF is perfect for keeping track of your character's familiar or other animal companion! It's an add-on for my equally awesome Improved Pathfinder Character Sheet and, as such, sports a similar design and layout. Use them together or apart—although I recommend together, because they do look so good next to each other!

Here's the rundown of all the fancy stuff you'll get by downloading this product:

• Ability scores, saving throws, and skills, all at the ready on the left-hand column of the first page.
• Defense stats, combat maneuvers, and space for recording up to five different attacks in the center of the first page.
• A handy-dandy spot for you to upload an image or portrait of your character's familiar or animal companion so you don't forget what it looks like.
• On the second page, there's room for up to 8 special abilities or other features you want to record, 14 rows of feats, and item/equipment slots.
• Lots of note-taking boxes, whether you're using pencil and paper or have moved into the digital age!
