This is the first adventure I've seen from Arc Dream and I was interested in seeing how they'd do it. Suffice to say, I was impressed!
The adventure is solid and atmospheric. The NPCs are interesting but it is the setting which really captured my imagination. It's very much an homage to the well meaning but misguided comics of the '70s and it is a great example of how to put together your own setting.
The only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't generic enough. Wild Talents has many wonderful settings and adventures which are more universal would perhaps better serve them. But in their defense, generic adventures also lose all that lovely flavour.
I would love to see more adventures from Arc Dream.
