The huge dungeon gate area of 6 tiles, a lab of 9 tiles(+3 bonus) and a torture chamber of 10 tiles makes up the set.

LIKED: All of the pieces are well drawn and depict their areas very well, the dungeon gate and torture chambers are exceptional.

DISLIKED: I think the lab is too big, and would have preferred some more one-tile variety rooms.

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Satisfied
These tiles fit together to form a forgotten lab, a dungeon gate and a torture chamber.

LIKED: The introduction pdf, showing how to fit the tiles together.

DISLIKED: The Dungeon Gate tiles seemed a bit bland compared to the rest of this series.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
I now have several volumes of e-adventure tiles and this rates as another magnificent resource for any gamer. The level of detail in this set is fantastic. Stick them to foam core board and you have an invaluable game aid - my players love these tile maps.

LIKED: The quality and detail of the tiles

DISLIKED: The cost for printing can be high and this set poses a limited use as a result of content (torture chamber, laboratory, evil "shrine")and design (limited ways of placing tiles)

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied
I have bought numbers tile sets now. All of them are great. Well drawn, and are so easy and flexible to drop in to quick made up campaigns! and I can cut up, mark on, note, or whatever else, and not worry about losing the originals. just print up some more! They work great with DnD minitures.

Thanks for an inexpensive alternative to .... whatever else:-) Randy

LIKED: See comments above. in addition, the ability to download these files is great. Small groups, lets me pick and choose what I want to add.

DISLIKED: not much

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied
Like Dungeon Details Vol. 2, Dungeon Details Vol. 3 is basically three small sets in one package. And this package certainly lives up to the "details" part of the name! The three mini-sets within this package include:

(1) An alchemical lab (abandoned?) filled with pipes, beakers, boilers, barrels, grates, and other such paraphenalia (nine base tiles plus three bonus tiles). The artwork is really well done. My one "complaint," so to speak, is that all of the material inside the glass vessels is a sort of neon green (see the "cover" illustration in the product listing). I would have liked to see more variety, but you can always use a little liquid paper and colored markers if you need to alter the colors.

(2) A multi-level dungeon gate complex (six tiles). This particular dungeon entrance features arrow slits beside a large staircase leading into the dungeon, along with heavy spiked doors. Very nicely done, though you won't want to use it too often lest all your dungeons start to look alike.

(3) A wicked torture chamber (ten tiles). You get chains, spiked cells (some filled with bones of prior victims), iron maidens, an ordeal-by-drowning contraption, racks, and "operating tables." This one is fairly gruesome if you allow yourself to think about it, and could be a great setting for some prison breaks.

LIKED: Ed Bourelle's always-skillful artwork.

DISLIKED: Monochromatic goo in the alchemical lab.

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied
