'Immortal Eyes' is quite a good trilogy of novels, as gaming novels go - but the translation into the game line is not as good by any means.
In the novels, an Oathcircle is in the centre of the action uncovering a story that strikes at the very core of 'Changeling: the Dreaming'; in the modules, the characters are tangential to the major plot and are almost on 'clean-up' duty behind the heroes. What would you prefer to play?
The book does offer redeeming qualities, though. It covers the Changeling society of San Francisco very well - offers engaging characters and politics, and some really good ideas for Treasures and Chimera for Storytellers of any experience. If you want to run the adventures, it is possible to have them integrated into your chronicle. Alternatively, buy the novels, make your own chronicle with your players at the centre and use the material in here to flesh it out. Even if you don't want to run the modules, the rest of the book is very useful for setting information.
