I have to give it a 2 of 5. I had some of the same complaints as have been previously posted but all in all I found this adventure to be usable and flexible enough to work with multiple character types with only a little editing. The last SAS I really loved and was eager for the next in the line. As for the story itself it felt kind of engaging and I liked the difficult moral choices presented to the characters. NPC's weren't great but they spawned some good ideas. So at the end of the day Disease isn't the best quality SAS on the market but it's a whole lot better than nothing and actually has some very redeeming qualities. I really can't recommend the buy though based on the total lack of quality control in the crunch parts. Charms were a train wreck among a few other things.
